Examples of tests made on armed and traditional profiles
The comparative bending tests between armed and traditional profiles were needed to easily compare the
two products. The results certified by the research institutes are clear, and the armed profiles resist 30% more at the bending test.
Comparison of the torsion resistance
The torsion resistance of the profiles for drywalls is an unimportant characteristic, it is only a feeling during handling the profiles or just for the positioning inside the guides. Once the profile is fixed this feature becomes invalid. However, the latest version of this profile is better than the traditional.
Comparison of the bending resistance of the sides

The insertion of the first screws for fixing the slabs forces the operator to hold the sides of the profiles which
tends to bend, but the new armed profiles have higher bending resistance of the sides.
